I love this flat iron. This is the best straightener I have ever owned, by far. Ceramic heats up fast and evenly. Digital display leaves no guessing, buttons are easy to use. What I didn't like was that while straightening, I kept pressing the temperature buttons--but discovered it has a lock feature which is perfect and solved my only complaint. Flat iron is easy to hold and cool to the touch. My hair felt soft and smooth, did not damage or leave ends frizzy. Even with wet weather, my hair stayed soft. There was nothing I didn't like about this product. Even the cord was really long, which I really liked. You have to see my before and after; unbelievable smoothness. I received this complimentary product for evaluation and review. I am super satisifed with it and would highly reccommend.
